Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are excited about your Evanesse purchase, however, if your recent order doesn’t quite fit or meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. Please follow our simple instructions below.

 

How to Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt by phone or email to obtain a return form and label. You can get in touch with us here.
  2. We will send you a return form and return label via email. Once received, fill out the return form and pack it with the item you are returning.
  3. Where possible, use the original box and packing materials to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Place the return label on the outside of your return packaging.
  5. Send your returns via regular mail using Canada Post. COD’s will not be accepted.
  6. Please keep the tracking information so that you can check the status of your package

 

Additional Information:

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to complete the processing of exchanges or returns. Kasselot-Evanesse (Canada) reserves the right to evaluate all exchanges or returns before issuing a new item.

In the unlikely event a garment is faulty, please email details and photos in the first instance to customersupport@evanesse.com

Sale and promotional items may be valid for exchange. Any difference in cost will be charged to your original method of payment.

Garments must be in the original condition, unworn, with tags still intact, and within the 30 day period.

If exchanging, please remember to let us know the product style and size you would like to receive in exchange. Please note your requested exchange size cannot be held for you and may sell out before your return reaches us.
