What is evaporative technology? 
Evaporative technology consists of a unique membrane that facilitates an evaporation process using your body's natural heat, turning liquid into gel. It is the hydrophilic (affinity for water) and hygroscopic (inherent ability to absorb moisture) nature of the membrane technology that allows moisture to pass through it by an absorbtion-diffusion-desorption process. Similar technology is found in sportswear and surgical gloves.

How does evaporative technology work in Evanesse's range of products? 
The inner lining wicking system helps increase evaporation through the membrane region. The milk moisture then evaporates rapidly due to the constant dispersion of moisture throughout the middle layers, preventing milk moisture from reaching your outer garments. 

Is it unhygienic to wear Evanesse products for an extended period of time?
Your garment should be washed in cold water after 24 hours of wear to ensure its hygiene and longevity. Please see care instructions on each product page of this website and product packaging.

If I don't wear breast pads will I need to change the Evanesse bra often in a day?
No. The Evanesse leak-proof nursing bra keeps you dry and comfortable with its patented evaporative technology. It has a highly breathable, leak-proof barrier. 

I am a heavy leaker. Are these products for me?
All of our garments offer 85-95% moisture management protection providing you do not wear the item for excessive periods of time without wash, and that care instructions are followed accordingly. Please see care instructions on each product page of this website and on product packaging.

How long do Evanesse products keep you dry and fresh?
With all of our garments you should be able to spend a normal day with a comfortable dry feeling and no embarrassing leaks to your outer garments. 

I don't know what size to buy.
Evanesse's Fitting Room will help you with all your fitting needs. We follow US sizing however the actual labelling may be in South African sizes, but please order as per your usual US size. If you still have sizing questions, please get in touch.



How much will shipping costs be?
Shipping costs vary from country to country if you are outside Canada and will be quoted at the time of checkout. Your shipping cost will depend on the destination we are sending your order to. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.

Where is my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on shipping option, but please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. If you are outside Canada, delivery may take a little longer. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details.

I have not received email confirmation or shipping confirmation of my order.
If you have checked your spam box and still have not received an email confirmation and a shipment confirmation, please get in touch.

How can I track my order?
You can check your order with the tracking code that has been emailed to you. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam box. If you still have not received it, please get in touch.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of your order being received. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, and your location. 



Will I be charged customs and import charges? 
There are no duties and taxes on orders within Canada but will apply for U.S orders. Customs or duty charges may vary from region to region outside of Canada. Evanesse cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that you may incur. To confirm charges for your country/state/region please contact your local customs department. 



Do you offer refunds? 
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn garments with tags still intact, within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

What is Evanesse's return policy? 
Evanesse offers a 30 day return or exchange policy, allowing you time to try on your garments and be sure of the fit.

How do I exchange an item? 
If you need to exchange an item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details, and simply follow the instructions. We ask that the garments have not been worn, the tags are still intact, and that you return the garment within 30 days of receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping? 
Return shipping is non-refundable however you will not be charged for return shipping if the item is faulty, or for replacement items to be sent back to you.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to be processed? 
We do our best to process your return or exchange within 3 - 4 weeks of receiving your item back at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know it has been received.

What is considered a "faulty product"? 
Faulty products, or defects, may include clips (that are broken, will not stay closed, or will not open), stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims. Some defects only appear with wear, however, please see the care instructions included on each product page of this website and product packaging to ensure the absorption and longevity of your garments. Lack of absorption over time for improper care will not be considered faulty. Kasselot-Evanesse (Canada) will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any of our products within 45 days of product purchase. Each item will be carefully evaluated for faults or defects by our Quality Assurance team. Any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stains, lack of absorption for improper care) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.



When do Evanesse gift cards expire? 
Evanesse gift cards have no expiry! They are treated as credit with our store for a future purchase which you can redeem at any time.
